PAID RANKING — position is determined by dollars paid, not reviews, quality, popularity, or endorsement.

1. What this site sells

Cleveland.click sells advertising placement on public leaderboards. A business’s position in a category is its cumulative total of successfully paid dollars in that category, displayed highest first. Position is not a review, rating, ranking of quality, award, certification, recommendation or endorsement, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

The legal entity operating this site is named on your Stripe receipt and card statement, and is provided on request by email.

2. Buying a position

Payments are one-time and cumulative. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Minimum $10 and maximum $5,000 per payment.
Your position changes only after Stripe confirms the payment cleared. A confirmation page in your browser is not proof of payment or of position.
No position is guaranteed for any period of time. Anyone may pay more at any moment, including while you are checking out, which moves them ahead of you. Amounts shown as what it takes to pass the leader are estimates from the board at that instant.
By paying you confirm you are authorized to purchase advertising for the business you named.

3. Listings we added

Many businesses are listed here without paying anything, sourced from public information and marked $0 unclaimed. Such a listing means only that the business is known to exist in that category. It does not indicate any payment, sponsorship, affiliation, agreement, ranking of quality or endorsement in either direction. Any business may request removal at any time, for any reason or none, and we remove it.

4. Things you may not do

Buy placement for a business you are not authorized to represent.
Submit a name or website that is unlawful, deceptive, or impersonates someone else.
Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the site.

We may deactivate any listing for abuse, legal reasons, or a credible complaint, and may refund the associated payment when we do.

5. Refunds, chargebacks and rank

See the refund policy. Refunded or disputed money stops counting toward rank, to the cent, as soon as we are notified of it.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this site or a payment is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, quality or availability of any business listed here.

7. Changes and contact
