Common things

• Take my business off the site. Use the removal form or just email. It comes off.
• I paid and the board did not change. Email with the business name and the approximate time. Ranking moves only when the payment clears; if it cleared and the board is wrong, that is our bug and we will fix it and tell you what happened.
• I want a refund. See the refund policy, then email. Refunded money also stops counting toward rank.
• The business name or website is wrong. Email the correction.
